A: We do accept orders from Canada. All other country(none USA) orders will be terminated/cancelled.

Q: Will My CD Extra work on a MAC?

A: No, not at this time. MAC version is in developement.

Q: Can I use a different Font?

A: No, the fonts you see in these examples, are the fonts used in your CD Extra.

Q: What is your method of payment?

A: We only use Paypal, so you might be ask to setup a FREE Paypal account to process your order.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: No refund for any reason.

Q: How do I order multiple copies of my CD Extra Disk?

A: You can order 1 additional CD, but any more that, we refer you to a good duplication company.

Q: My CD Extra won't run on my PC, or my computer crashes after inserting the CD

A: Either your computer does not meet the requirements to play My CD Extra CDs, or there is a software conflict. Note: My CD Extra does not trouble shoot software conficts. Try to run the CD on another PC.

NOTE: All My CD Extra products are tested to ensure computer safety and compatabilty.
